Acquisition Specialist - Pittsburgh Branch

Candidates must have Bachelors and/or Masters Degree.  Sales and/or real estate experience a plus but not required.  Must be a self-motivator with an entreprenurial spirit. Must have strong organizational and time management skills, a willingness to travel, and excellent oral and written skills along with a strong financial educational background. Only serious Applicants dedicated to establishing a long-term career with one of the fastest growing real estate firms in the area need apply.

All training will be provided.  Responsibilities include:

* Successful completion of our Acquisitions Program
* Execution of our core business module to identify properties in designated markets
* Implement our Financial Analysis System to identify profitable income producing properties
* Administer Sales Presentations to potential sellers and become knowledgeable of all financing options available (ie. 1031 exchanges, Secondary Financing, Options, etc.)
* Enroll in continuing education courses, real estate seminars, and required reading programs
* Aggressively utilize our client contact system to establish and maintain long-term business relationships
